Return Policy

You bought tickets, life sometimes doesn't work the way we like it to. Don't worry, we're here to help.

Canceled or Rescheduled Events

No matter which one, we'll let you know ASAP via the email address you provided when purchasing your ticket.

Canceled Events

If the event was canceled, we'll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for the ticket, including all fees on the same payment method used for purchase.

Rescheduled Events

If we rescheduled the event, we will email you with the new date, time and location if applicable ASAP via the email address you provided at purchase. If you can't make the rescheduled event? Email us at vervesyndicate@gmail.com and we will be happy to accommodate a refund or an exchange for another show.

General Refund

All tickets paid online and/or hard tickets purchased from an artist are non-refundable, unless a showcase has been cancelled, postponed, moved, and/or the artist you are supporting is no longer participating. Tickets transfers will be accepted. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another guest or show, please contact us at vervesyndicate@gmail.com
